POSITION DETAILS
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a Windows Engineer for a 6 month contract opportunity in Plano. This role will be responsible for 24x7 support of Windows-based Servers in an enterprise-level Data Center. You should have in-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2008, Firewall rules, Proxy Server management, IIS, and system architecture.
This position will also be on call as needed as part of the needed support model.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- Windows 2008 Server Administration/Configuration/Support/Troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- MS Proxy Sever - Management
- IIS/Firewall Rules
- Knowledge of SOA
- Ability to be in a 24x7 on-call support rotation
