This position will work with a team of individuals to support Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 server environments and underlying virtualization technologies.

TECHNOLOGIES AND PROCESSES FOR THE POSITION WILL INCLUDE:

- Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 Operating Systems
- Virtualization products by VMware, and Microsoft
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- Application Delivery using Citrix products
- HP Hardware familiarization a must
- HP SIM familiarization helpful
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and ability to follow Incident and Change Management processes

REQUIRED:
5-7 years experience with Windows Systems Administration including experience and knowledge with Microsoft 2008 Hyper-V, excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English), must be a team player, but capable of working on his/her own.

The individual must be able to analyze situations and problems to determine how to resolve problems and the root cause of these problems. The individual will also be responsible for following change control procedures to plan/test/implement Infrastructure changes in coordination with business owners.
