Senior Web Traffic Yield & Optimization Analyst Job

WEB TRAFFIC YIELD & OPTIMIZATION ANALYST needed for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's Entertainment client located in Glendale, CA

THE BIG PICTURE:

- Yield & Optimization Analyst will be responsible for SUPPORTING THE EFFORTS TO INCREASE REVENUE AND TRANSACTIONS ON ECOMMERCE WEBSITES, APPS, AND DIGITAL EXPERIENCES BY INCREASING QUALIFIED TRAFFIC AND INCREASING CONVERSION.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Prior experience working in AGILE METHODOLOGY
- BUSINESS ANALYTICS
- Core understanding of eCommerce websites, eCommerce apps, and also broad product management experience..

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Yield & Optimization Analyst will be responsible for ANALYSING COMPLEX INPUTS ACROSS MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS USING LARGE DATA SETS. STRONG QUANTITATIVE SKILLS ARE A MUST.
- work closely with our Digital Experience and Product Management teams, and may be required to implement product strategy for specific sites or guest experiences, INCLUDING THE CREATION OF FEATURE REQUIREMENTS AND USER STORIES AND MANAGING THE REQUIREMENTS THROUGHOUT THE AGILE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE.
- Provides product support, analytic support, and thought leadership for the traffic & yield initiatives across groups, encompassing web, mobile app, and digital-led guest experiences.
- ASSEMBLES BUSINESS CASES AND TRADE-OFF ANALYSIS TO AID IN THE PRIORITIZATION OF INITIATIVES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION.
- Partners closely with multiple disciplines (eg Product Management, Project Management, User Experience, and Technology) to identify opportunities to improve conversion through improved experiences.
- Collaborates with traffic driving disciplines within Marketing (eg SEM, SEO, Social, Media, PR) to identify opportunities to drive more qualified traffic and also improve the conversion of the traffic on E-commerce websites and apps.
- Aids in the creation of dashboards and status update decks on key initiatives for executive-level stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Extensive analytical and spread sheet skills
- Agile experienced
- Understanding of the online marketing and eCommerce space
