Senior Web Engineer/Web Technical Lead

My client, a market leading mobile device company, is seeking a Senior Web Engineer/Web Technical Lead. This is a great opportunity to join an international company and act as subject matter expert for web development technologies.

Using your significant experience in web development, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and expertise to a range of teams and stakeholders across the company, including test teams, UX designers and other Developers.

Web technology is central to all their products so you must have outstanding knowledge in web development, as well as several years' experience building GWT applications, Java web applications and enterprise scale applications.

You must have strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and RESTful services. You will also need experience with CMS and knowledge of test-driven development.

This role is suited to a senior web development candidate who is confident acting as the technical expertise for web engineering and development.

Profile:
-8+ years experience in web development
-4+ years experience building GWT applications
-4+ years experience in Java web app development
-4+ years experience supporting enterprise scale applications
-HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and RESTful services
-CMS (in particular, SDL Tridion)
