Senior Web (.net) Application Developer

Mandatory Position Requirements:

*All experience must be current in the last 12 months.*

- At least seven (7) years of FULL LIFE CYCLE WEB-BASED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT experience.
- At least seven (7) years of OBJECT-ORIENTED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT experience with Microsoft ASP.NET (version 3.5 or higher) framework, using Visual Studio and Microsoft Visual C# programming language.
- At least three (3) years of experience using .NET ENTITY FRAMEWORK.
- At least two (2) years of experience using .NET WORKFLOW FRAMEWORK.
- At least seven (7) years of experience with RELATIONAL DATABASES including LOGICAL DESIGN, and UNDERSTANDING OF PHYSICAL DESIGN COMPONENTS.
- At least seven (7) years of development experience writing COMPLEX SQL QUERIES and STORED PROCEDURES working with MS SQL SERVER 2008 OR ABOVE.
- At least seven (7) years of experience using ASP.NET 3.5 OR ABOVE.
- At least seven (7) years of experience using C# PROGRAMMING.
- At least seven (7) years of experience using VISUAL STUDIO 2008 OR ABOVE.
- At least three (3) years of experience using AJAX.
- At least three (3) years of experience using XML.
- At least three (3) years of experience using JAVASCRIPT.
- Experience working as part of a SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM using structured procedures and guidelines.
- Experience researching and resolving online PRODUCTION SUPPORT ISSUES including your ability to resolve problems in constrained timeframes.
- Strong verbal and written COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- Strong COLLABORATIVE SKILLS, SERVICE ORIENTED and STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS with various levels of business and technical staff.
- Strong ANALYTICAL SKILLS that include working directly with business staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements.
- Ability to PRIORITIZE and MANAGE MULTIPLE TASKS.

Preferred Position Requirements:

- Experience in using the TELERIK DEVCRAFT Development toolset.
- Knowledge of PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, or similar products.
- Experience as an IIS ADMINISTRATOR.
- Experience with LDAP and/or using ACTIVE DIRECTORY for authentication and protecting resources.
- Experience with XSD.
- Experience with CSS.
- Experience with HTML.
- Working knowledge of the following tools: MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL and VISIO.
- Experience LEADING AN APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT with multiple developers providing mentoring and guidance.
