Senior UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

* Design interactive prototypes according to business, brand, market, and user requirements
* Low-fidelity models to demonstrate viability of concepts
* High-fidelity prototypes to accompany functional specifications
* Develop product concepts and suggest product direction based on design research and functional requirements
* Experience working in an online consumer or business -facing service/organisation developing new functionality and services
* Support UI research efforts and recommend visual design enhancements
* Work closely with product management team to understand user needs, evaluate product success and define the next steps for improving usability.
* Deliver a complete user interface to the design team, including visualisation, graphics design and interaction design.
* Develop the domain designs within an agile (Scrum) process
* An impressive UX portfolio demonstrating the way you work and think
* An incredible, intuitive grasp of user behaviour and needs
* A deep appreciation for and excellent understanding of the full UCD process
* Detailed knowledge of and experience with a wide range of UX research methods and techniques
* Ability to simplify experiences
* Ability to work across multiple projects and understand priorities between them.
* Excellent eye for design
* Skilled in wireframing tools
* Good understanding of web and mobile technologies and trends
* Ability to plan, prepare and conduct research, focus groups, requirements gathering and user testing sessions
* Ability to translate research insights and requirements into intuitive and creative solutions
* Ability to create beautiful and communicative UX documentation, high-fidelity wireframes, etc.
* Excellent at concepting and developing UX solutions
* Fantastic attention to detail
* Excellent written English
* Good at communicating, presenting and defending your work
* Expert knowledge of relevant software - Adobe CS suite, Axure or similar.
