For a major international client near to Lausanne, we are looking for a:

SENIOR UX DESIGNER

To drive a change in mindset about Usability and User Centered Design throughout their organisation.

You will be responsible for:

- Reviewing the existing UX strategy and roadmap
- Bringing fresh ideas around user centered design, prototyping and ergonomics of software solutions
- Evangelising on the importance of taking the end-user perspective into account
- Promoting a mindset of first-time-right design and highly usable solutions
- Supporting the adoption of a User Centered Design approach in all relevant projects
- Providing support for the Collaborative Design, Build and Test methodology to IS/IT personnel
- Coaching and supporting iRise users
- Improving existing and creating new training material

Candidates applying for this position must be able to demonstrate the following:

- A passion for user interaction, software design and ergonomics
- A multidisciplinary background
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Meeting facilitation skills
- Experience with prototyping software (Axure, iRise, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of Usability, Design Patterns, User Experience, User-Centered design, End-User testing and Expert review
- Experience working with Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Experience working in a SAP environment is a plus
- Fluent English, fluent French a plus

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, ON THE SWISS RIVIERA AND CLOSE TO LAUSANNE.  INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
