Senior UX Consultant is required for a leading digital agency based in Shoreditch, who are working on a major project for one of their Banking clients. The role will be based at the agency's office in Shoreditch and at the Banks office in the City and Canary Wharf, there will also be travel involved to the Far East and Canada. As the Senior UX you will be working closely with the Head of UX working on the full life cycle all the way through to delivery. They need a Senior UX with solid Business/Corporate Banking experience, ideally not Retail banking. Personality is key to this role, they need a self starter who is committed to doing a great job and delivering to a high standard. The Senior UX must be be able to articulate their work effectively to their Banking client, as well as being comfortable in presenting and talking though intentions and their work.

YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE UX AND USER-CENTRED DESIGN PROCESS; FROM THE INITIAL RESEARCH AND USER TESTING TO CREATING THE WIREFRAMES AND WORKFLOWS, AND BE ABLE TO QUESTION BRIEFS AND SUGGEST INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGIES.

- Planning and conducting user research including: usability studies, competitive analysis, user surveys, expert reviews and more
- Bring a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, as well as ability to grasp multiple product requirements
- Employing collaborative design and rapid prototyping techniques to develop user experience strategies and interface design concepts
- Leading on all client facing research including stakeholder interviews, kick off meetings, ethnographic studies, user interviews, focus groups, workshops, mobile and tablet usability testing and more.
- Creating presentations and reports, personas, user journeys, wireframes, sitemaps, Axure prototypes, content audits and style guides.

Your skills and experience:

- Corporate/Business banking exposure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - HIGH DEGREE OF CLIENT INTERACTION.
- MANAGING OFFSHORE TEAMS
- Passionate about user and customer experience
- Highly motivated and self-managing
- ABLE TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY
