Senior UAT/Migration / BA Hybrid Role

My client a Tier 1 investment bank requires a UAT/Migration Manager with BA qualities.
The candidate will require a strong technical aspects, especially around data migration, which require an experienced IT project professional.
On the other hand there is the user interaction which requires someone who can deal with the Finance sponsors of the project with great communication skills and a very strong personality. It is hard to see someone without a Finance background in some of these situations. On top of this the candidate will need to be a good person-manager and team builder as there are quite a lot of staff underneath you.
