Senior Trainer

I am looking to hire a Senior trainer for one of the public sector client. Below is the Job description of the same.

LOCATION- Leamington Spa or Leamington, Central Warwickshire

DURATION-2 MONTHS

ROLE DETAILS;

1. Instruct Theory Lessons in classrooms, using all appropriate equipment provided for training delivery.

2. Instruct Skills Lessons to courses and participate in practical exercises and practical training in the classroom, in Ammunition Process Buildings (APB's), on Demolition Grounds and any other authorized training location that might be used.

3. Prepare and Maintain Instructional lesson plan packs and associated aids and media in accordance with allocated CTP, Current Service Regulations and RSME Training Policy.

4. Develop routine correspondence and liaise with outside agencies on Storage, Movement and Surveillance subject and training matters.

5. Submit suggested summative assessment questions and practical assessment scenarios to RSME Training Quality TVO(K) for incorporation into the question bank.

6. Produce, mark and record class studies and formative assessments, monitor student progress and provide relevant student feedback.

7. Produce Muns Sqn course/phase reports input.

8. Attend Muns Sqn phase and course critiques as required by OC Muns Sqn.

9. Invigilate and mark Muns Sqn theory exams and conduct practical assessment.

10. Lecture and demonstrate to outside agencies as necessary.

11. Comply with H&SAW and COSHH regulations.

12. Draft, amend and proof read Technical publications/documents as directed by OC Muns Sqn.

13. Maintain instructional aids and exhibits and notify WO SMS Tp if additional or replacement exhibits are required.

14. Controlling and supervising trainees during periods for which they are under the SIO's charge, including responsibility for their safety, discipline and quality, and quantity of output.

15. Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms and other instructional areas including the equipment, tools and materials for which they are responsible.
