Senior Test Manager with Guidewire Experience

My client is looking for a Senior Test Manager to join their team ASAP on a 6 month contract. This is the start of a 3 year program working within a large Insurance company, so previous experience within this domain is essential.

You must demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder and people management skills.

You will manage a diverse and senior group of stakeholders to ensure your testing domain exceeds customer expectations, aligns to Technology strategy and delivers the quality required. Key touch points will include Portfolio Directors, Program and Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- Strong insurance background, previous experience with Guidewire or similar insurance systems a must
- Technical Testing background and have the ability to drop down in to the detail if need be
- Strong leadership, financial, and communications skills
- Strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work.
- Ability to lead and inspire others.
- Passion for driving quality and a continuous improvement agenda.
- 7+ years of Test Management experience, preferably within large complex IT organisations
