Senior Test Manager

A Senior Test Manager is required for a 12 month contract with a leading retail bank based in Edinburgh.

Responsible for the end to end delivery of test components for a major project, through the effective management and development of staff within a multi-disciplined project team ensuring staff are well motivated, utilising acquired skills and working at optimum level. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of delivering UAT on large programmes.

Further skills/experience required:

· Oversight experience and management of 3rd parties

· Experience of working on large scale complex test programmes

· Previous experience of managing teams of more than 10 including flexible resource uplifts

· Experience of managing multiple work streams

· Strong relationship management skills with business and 3rd parties

· Recent Financial Services industry experience

· Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.

· Exceptional communication skills
