Senior Test coordinator- Banking, Dutch OR French Speaking

My client is a multinational IT consultancy currently working on a project with a major EUROPEAN BANK based in BRUSSELS, BELGIUM. They are looking for an experienced SENIOR TEST COORDINATOR- BANKING, DUTCH OR FRENCH SPEAKING.

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH AND DUTCH OR FRENCH.

HARD SKILLS:

-Senior profile having lead/coordinate several complex Test Campaigns.
-Coordinates both IT & business testing with the same team: understanding the Technical impact of business requirements.
-Payments knowledge.
-Setup and maintain a project in QC.
-Full right-leg V model deliverables: test strategy, test analysis, test execution, test data, test report.

SOFT SKILLS:

-Ability to micro manage the test team (daily huddle, continuous status updates).
-Ability to set correct priorities for the test team.
-Ability to not get lost in the many exotic scenarios of a complex payment engine.
-Ability to coop with continuous change (changing deadlines, changing requirements, changing team, changing priorities).
-Special attention to be able to deal with changing scope with different stakeholders. (project scope, IPAS evolutions, BAU evolutions, monthly releases, production incidents).
-Ability to be SPOC in relation to test team, development team (local/offshore), project management, asset team.
-Ability to deal with an almost non-stop stream of questions/validation requests.
-Ability to deal with different off-shore, near-shore, on-shore & in-house partners.
