Role: Senior Test coordinator

Location Belgium - Brussels

Duration: 8 months

Rate - €325 - €350 p/day

English is a must.

French or Dutch either one of them is a must

At least 4 years experience

Hard Skills

o senior profile having lead/coordinate several complex Test Campaigns
o coordinates both IT & business testing with the same team: understanding the technical impact of business requirements
o payments knowledge
o setup and maintain a project in QC
o full right-leg V model deliverables: test strategy, test analysis, test execution, test data, test report

Soft Skills

o ability to micro manage the test team (daily huddle, continuous status updates)
o ability to set correct priorities for the test team
o ability to not get lost in the many exotic scenarios of a complex payment engine
o ability to coop with continuous change (changing deadlines, changing requirements, changing team, changing priorities)
o Special attention to be able to deal with changing scope with different stakeholders (project scope, IPAS evolutions, BAU evolutions, monthly releases, production incidents)
o ability to be SPOC in relation to test team, development team (local/offshore), project management, asset team. A lot of information is going via test coordinator >= be able to communicate 'fast & effective'.
o ability to deal with an almost non-stop stream of questions/validation requests
o ability to deal with different off-shore, near-shore, on-shore & in-house partners
