SENIOR TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER (CONTRACT)
My client is looking for a Senior QA engineer with a strong analytical mindset and excellent QA process skills.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Web (excellent knowledge required - HTTP headers, cookies, User-Agent strings etc.)
Experience testing cross browser web applications
. Experience testing REST APIs
. Excellent knowledge around QA process and documentation
Capable of designing and executing test plans
Experience/knowledge of software release processes
Usability testing
Bug tracking experience - Jira or similar
NICE TO HAVE
Automation experience - Selenium, SoapUI, JMeter etc
Mobile Web experience - compatibility testing on a range of devices
Behaviour Driven Development
Scripting/programming language experience
Linux knowledge
The QA involved is a combination of Front End (UI) web application and Back End API testing.
