A high profile Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced SENIOR TEST ANALYST to join their talented and dedicated team in Canberra for an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend for a further 4 months.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- Producing test strategies, plans, cases and summary reports;
- Developing and executing test scripts;
- Testing components and certify their readiness for production;
- Tracking resolution of issues identified during testing and prioritise in conjunction with developers and managers;
- Communicating with network, system and application developers, test team and the Test Manager regarding the stability of, and changes to the SATIN software undergoing testing.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Extensive proven experience as Tester on large corporate systems;
- Highly developed written skills pertaining to test plans, cases, strategies and summary reports;
- Ability to undertake application and SOE infrastructure testing as required, under limited supervision.
- Proven experience with testing tools and techniques preferably Quality Center 10.0
- Experience with Windows 2008 Server, Windows 7, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, SQL 2005/2008, Web technologies (.Net), SharePoint 2010, Microsoft Exchange, Visual Studio 2010.
