Senior Telecoms BSS Architect

We require a senior telecoms BSS architect/consultant with extensive experience in the design of BSS architectures for mobile telecoms operators.
The responsibility of the role will be to work alongside a team of senior business and technical professionals within a new operator in the creation of a RFP for distribution to a selection of system vendors.
This is a green field project and the scope of the project will cover the entire BSS stack, including Billing, Rating, Mediation, CRM, Provisioning, etc. So it is critical that the consultant we engage has detailed knowledge across all of these functional areas.
In addition, strong consulting skills are required, including the ability to communicate effectively at C-level (in English), to analyse business and technical issues in detail, and to provide insight into architectural considerations.
The consultant we seek will have many years of experience in the design of BSS and enterprise architectures for mobile telecoms operators and will be known and respected within the telecoms industry.
