Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- You will work together with a Business Project manager to deliver a new platform that will aggregate, compile and dispatch information from multiple sources. Mainly, the objective for this initial mission is to deliver the feasibility study and get the project approved. The mission is renewable
- You will define the Scope, Budget and Planning management of the project from the technical perspective 
- Evaluate ICT risks and issues management; escalation management 
- You will create, maintain and monitor project schedule within MS Project
- Prepare and animate the weekly Project Status Meetings 
- Align and provide coordinated responses to business stakeholders 
- With the Business Project Manager you will animate the Steering Committees
- You will be responsible for resource and capacity management
- Manage external suppliers, as applicable
- Proper definition/elicitation of business requirements of the platform 
- Full management of the RfI / RfP from request definition to evaluation of the proposals with the stakeholders
- Ability to successfully have defined and validated by all parties a clear project mandate for following Project phases, including the building of the solution and deployment cycles

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in Project Management of complex technical projects, including on off the shelf solutions deployed worldwide is mandatory! 
- Experience with platforms dealing with delicate personal data and GDPR 
- Experience in agile AND waterfall project methodologies 
- Experience running projects in SCRUM/Agile Methodology 
- Experience leading RfI / RfP processes 
- Experience in facilitating interactive workshops and interviews with multidisciplinary team
- Experience in business analysis is a plus (solution scoping, business process and data modelling, requirements definition, solution evaluation) 
- IT University degree (Uni, EPF, HEC) or equivalent qualification 
- English proficiency is a MUST; fluency in French is an asset 
- Project Management certification is a plus (Hermès, Prince 2, PMI, IPMA)
