Senior Technical Project Manager - Financial Industry

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Manage production releases
- Scoping and planning for future phases
- Change management (AHD and Quality Centre tool experience preferable)
- Detailed implementation planning
- Detailed implementation execution
- Financial industry delivery experience

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong relationship/stakeholder management skills particularly in establishing key relationships and reporting to executive management
- Ability to lead a large multi-disciplinary team with multiple releases
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple vendors both on and offshore
- Is currently undertaking PM Masters Degree or PMP Certification
- Makes timely decisions in rapidly changing and high-risk situations
- The ability to present information to groups of people and make use of a variety of tools and techniques to convey ideas
- Ability to convey, explain and understand information in written reports, clearly and concisely
- Ability to effectively manage own time and resources
- The willingness and the ability to persuade, convince, influence or impress others in order to gain support for or agreement to an idea or concept.
