IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Development of solutions in ORACLE APPS for requests of users and translation of solutions into a possible ORACLE adaptation
-Contact person for ORACLE users
-Participation in Helpdesk Ticket Review calls, assistance in the processing of Helpdesk tickets
-Preparation of reports/ORACLE database queries for Engineering/Technology
-Organization and implementation of power/key user training
-Creation/update of training material and process documentation
-Support and organization as ORACLE specialist of Data Cleaning projects: Item Short Description cleaning and Item Master Attributes cleaning
-Support for the Item Master Controller: Support for the Implementation of an Item Standard Agency, Maintenance of the Item Activation Program, Creation of Item Phase Out Program and Implementation of Item Types for projects as for example Oracle Phase 3
-Development, documentation and presentation of optimization opportunities

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Solid knowledge of ORACLE APPS 11i and R12
-Deep knowledge of Service and Finance Oracle modules - especially OM (including Configurator), INV, BILLS, ECO, GSCM etc.
-Interest in product and process development/optimization
-Very good communication skills, team working skills and a structured approach combined with proactivity
-Experience as Oracle Solution Architect would be an advantage
-German and English skills (spoken and written)
