Senior InTechnical Change/Release Manager Head-End Systems (m/w)

For our client, a multinational digital broadcasting company in Munich, we are currently looking for a Senior InTechnical Change/Release Manager for a permanent employement .

Starting ASAP

Tasks

* Creating a framework for managing Changes and Releases in for the Head-End system chains used by the company for delivering their broadcast- and broadband products to customers

* Creating and maintaining documentations, plans, procedures and processes required for Change & Release management.

* Playing an active role in these processes being not only "a process guard", but managing changes and releases with technical experts as well as other change & release managing teams

* Being part of the Service Delivery functions with focus on encryption, authentication and authorization services, VoD- and metadata systems as well as actively supporting relevant projects

Skills

* Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science or similar educational background with focus in some of the areas system development, application development, system operation, system resp. environment management with respect to change and release management.

* At least 5 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of IT-based systems covering the bridge between the technical and the process views. Experience in broadcast and/or OTT systems would be ideal

* Very good analytical skills and high capabilities to define technical processes & documents, managing implementation in daily live. Communication and training capabilities in the these areas are "key".

* Knowledge and practical experience in the areas change and release management with a strong technical focus

* Good English , German is a nice to have
