RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to a Senior Tax Manager within the London based team the candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Handling and managing the local tax compliance responsibilities for a number of companies in the UK and other EMEA countries.
- Day to day handling of the US and local GAAP tax reporting responsibilities for a number of companies in the UK and other EMEA countries.
- Providing assistance in US tax record keeping both to meet compliance responsibilities and to assist in tax planning.
- Providing assistance in US tax forecasting process both to meet compliance responsibilities and to assist in tax planning.
- Providing assistance with transfer pricing responsibilities for a number of companies in the UK and other EMEA countries.
- Providing assistance in roll out of various technological updates and process within the Global Tax Group
- Works on activities and projects with others within the company. May lead small projects and coordinate resources. In some cases, will act as team leader.

Essential REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience/Qualifications

- ACA/ATII (or equivalent) qualification or part-qualification.
- Strong and proven Excel/data manipulation skills.
- Financial services experience would be advantageous.
- Experience of CorpTax AGP would also be advantageous
