The candidate must have:
* Qualified accountant with 5 Years+ post qualification experience or equivalent relevant practical experience
* Experience and understanding of the theory and practicalities of statutory financial reporting in a listed environment (preferably financial services)
* A strong knowledge of IFRS, including treasury financial instruments
* Ability to communicate technical accounting issues in a succinct and understandable manner across different audiences
* Develop statutory reporting solutions, processes and procedures
* Experience with managing and leading a team of financial professionals
