Senior Specialist, Supply Planning Super User (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Serve as the Supply Planning Super User for Internal and/or External CMO’s for the implementation of SAP 4 HANA & SAP ARIBA
- Support the improvement and sustainment of supply chain processes and systems for Internal Network & External Manufacturing Sites
- Collaborate with Internal and External Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Center of Excellence and Supply Planning to effectively capture the business requirements for the SAP 4 HANA and SAP ARIBA implementation
- Leverage data, process, and systems to identify and prioritize the deployment schedule for SAP 4 HANA and SAP ARIBA
- Enable seamless integration and efficient information flow across Internal and External Supply Partners, Supply Chain Management, and other Manufacturing & Supply Stakeholders
- Operate cross-functionally and drive resolution to ensure robust, lasting solutions
- Drive project management and change management activities associated with process and systems improvement: partner with Change Agents to work on appropriate communication plans, identify risks

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor or Master’s Degree – preferably in Supply Chain or technical related discipline
- Project Management/Change Management qualification is an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma certification, preferably advanced certification
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or any other post graduate education in SC Management is an advantage
- Hands on Supply Chain Planning experience, including working with CMO’s
- Affinity of working within a regulated industry
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Management
- Strong leadership skills, ability to influence people and behaviors without direct authority
- SAP knowledge (S/4 HANA, SAP IBP & SAP ARIBA)
- MS Office experience (proficient Excel user)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
