Senior Solution/CRM Specialist (Fluent German)

We are pleased to present this opportunity to you on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for you. As a Senior Solution/CRM specialist you will be involved in a major project of the company and have good exposure in the business.

The Local CRM IT Business Partner, EMEAR reports directly to the representative IS/IT Area Business Partner of the LOC/MCO Office and functionally to the Head of CRM EMEAR (CSFP-CRM & Marketing Systems)

VEEVA CRM & DATA

- Act as the entry point for all the CRM & Data IT Admin needs for the Commercial Excellence, Sales & and Marketing departments
- Manage incidents, service request for the LOC, communicates results
- Provide functional clarifications to End Users and Super Users
- Allocates Products, samples and promotional -material as is requested by the LOC
- Configures the limits of samples for the Sales Force
- Administrates the calendar of the users in Veeva
- Administrate Data Requests and ensure validity together with Commercial Excellence
- Manages (lock/unlock) customer & account ratings & evaluations
- Manages customer & frequency targets for cycle plans
- Creates & manages new lists & views
- Input keywords (defined by Pharmacovigilance, Compliance) into Veeva
- Creates & manages surveys
- Manages Vault on behalf of the LOC/MCO
- Checks data correctness in the system after data loading
- Provide data exports as required by the different departments
- Prepare metadata files to be loaded in the required format
- Ad hoc Data preparation and Data QA for not interfaced objects
- Overview all existing jobs scheduled to transfer data within the systems
- Administration of Data Output into Local BI
- Ensure data quality coming from external systems
- Advanced user for all CRM Veeva enabled modules
- Participates actively in enhancing our solution landscape
- Engages directly and regularly with our vendor to review open topics
- pertaining the CRM Veeva area (L1 and L2 of support)
- Participates in internal projects as a LOC IT representative
- Performs IT Business Analysis with the Local Operating Countries to capture their unmet requirements

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE BI

- Act as the entry point for all the BI IT Admin needs for the Commercial Excellence, Sales & and Marketing departments
- Creates or captures requirements for new local reports as requested by Commercial Excellence and/or performs changes to EUCan common Reports when instructed by the LOC's ComEx department
- Provisions access to end users
- Answers functional questions & advices end users on utilization of reports
- Supports BI Tool Training together with LOC's ComEx leads, as required
- Has understanding of Company's EUCan common KPIs and how they are captured and presented in EUCan BI Reports
- Participates actively in enhancing our solution landscape by detailing IT requirements specified by the LOC
- Engages directly and regularly with our vendors to review open topics pertaining the Analytics & KPIs area
- Performs IT Business Analysis with the Local Operating Countries to capture their unmet requirements

TERRITORY ALIGNMENTS

- Act as the entry point for all the TA needs for the Commercial Excellence, Sales & and Marketing departments
- Support the Commercial Excellence team in preparing minor and major realignments to ensure the system reflects the new territorial structures
- Subject Matter Expert for all CRM Territory Alignment modules
- Accountable to implement alignments in all LOCs with business input
- Provides internal consultancy with regards to the OpServ tool
- Captures requirements for future releases of the solutions via ServiceNow
- Participates actively in enhancing our solution landscape by providing feedback to the TA functional owner
- Engages directly and regularly with our vendor to review open topics pertaining the CRM Territory Alignment Solution
- Performs IT Business Analysis with the Local Operating Countries to capture their unmet requirements

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

- Fluent in English & LOC's/MCOs local language
- Strong technical understanding of CRM systems and Commercial architecture, including knowledge of systems and technologies typically used by the pharmaceutical industry in the Commercial space
- Experience supporting CRM applications
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Veeva platform strongly preferred
- Knowledge of CLM, Co-Browsing, Sample Management, Order Management, KAM/KOL Management, Social Media Integration, Digital & Tablet Solutions, Remote Medical Information, BW/BI processes and tools is beneficial
- Understanding of Sales & Marketing processes and data in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate Commercial business needs into different scenarios for technical
- Understands how IT efforts are tied to achievement of business
