Senior Solution Architect

Senior Solution Architect wanted for our Bern based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Profound Java programming skills (Java 7, JPA, CDI, Jersey) as well as good skills of Eclipse or IntelliJ, Subversion, Maven
- Solid understanding of the JEE technologies (Weblogic, JEE 6, EJB, Webservices (REST) and of web technologies (JSF, JSON, HTML)
- Knowhow in relational database design and Patterns (Design) as well as OO Analysis, OO Design with UML
- Experience with SQL (Oracle), data base design and Service Oriented Architectures
- Steady adherence to standards in the area of Java, JEE, Guidelines, Architecture as well as commitment to test-driven development (JUnit, Continuous Integration)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Analysing and estimating the business requirements
- Elaborating an appropriate application design as well as deciding on the technology applied and clarifying impact on other applications
- Being aware of different possibilities and communicating with all necessary stakeholders about interfaces and security
- Ensuring high quality of work by conducting code reviews, providing unit testability of the application and supporting the development team
- Maintaining production stability, availability and performance and providing 3rd level support for internal business customers
