Senior Software Engineer - Embedded Technology (Linux, C++)

My Market leading client are looking for a Senior Software Engineer on a 6-12 Month contract my client are a leading LED displays, Digital lighting and lighting controls company.

Day To Day:

Development of Embedded software and related hardware of interface board for medical LCD display.
Development of derivatives of existing platform, running Embedded linux, debugging of processor hardware and software, assisting in PCB layout, power management, component selection,...

Competencies:

Strong Hardware knowledge
A broad range of experiences with focus on Embedded software development.
Embedded LINUX, C/C++ (OO), PYTHON, QT, ARM PROCESSORS, DIGITAL AND ANALOG ELECTRONICs, PCB DESIGN/LAYOUT, AUTOMATED TESTING, TEST AND MEASUREMENTS, DESIGN DOCUMENTATION.
Good communication skills, will need to work in a team. Problem solver, taking initiative, taking responsibility. Agile development.
