The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the development and verification of avionics software to DO-178B standards.
Typical activities will include:
Requirements analysis using DOORS and UML.
Design using UML.
Implementation using Ada and C for PowerPC and Xilinx Virtex 5.
Verification.
Controlled configuration.
The successful candidate will have the below skills:
Significant experience, and demonstrable competence working across the software life cycle.
DOORS requirements capture.
UML analysis and design.
Ada and C languages.
Embedded software.
Software Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a security vetting procedure.
