Our client is Australia's leading Telecommunications provider have an opening for an experienced Siebel Specialist to work with business stakeholders and ITS colleagues in the implementation and support of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

The purpose of the role is to liaise with business and technology stakeholders to provide guidance and insight on the most appropriate CRM solutions. You will leverage your IT and Agile knowledge to guide all parties in the design and implementation of the most optimal solution while taking into consideration business roadmaps, ITS CRM Strategy, industry best practices and vendor roadmaps while delivering the best outcome for company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To understand, analyse, interpret and translate business needs to formulate the most optimal CRM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to reach an agreed solution approach.
- Responsible for meeting agreed project delivery commitments with relation to user stories and functional designs where applicable.
- Very strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and reduce them to practice with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Practical experience in software implementations and existing system enhancements including business analysis; requirements, use case, architectural analysis, system development and specification documentation; testing; and training
- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of new software programs and applications.
- Liaise with company's software suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems - Retail, Contact Centre, Online, Customer Loyalty

KEY CRITERIA:

- Strong experience in CRM, functional implementation, consulting or lead business analysis/business owner role.
- Oracle Siebel 8.0 certification - Developer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing all aspects of a software development project.
- Demonstrable Siebel 8 experience
