Senior Sharepoint Infrastructure Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SHAREPOINT INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST IV to join our client in Allentown, PA.
DURATION: Approximately 12 months.
PAY RANGE: Up to $ 65.73 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
- The person filling this role will be an active participant in our SharePoint 2013 implementation projects, including initial infrastructure build, scale-out of the infrastructure, performance testing and implementation.
- Additionally, they would be expected to participate knowledge transfer and documentation for the support organization, serve as an escalation point for the support team during project implementation and work with our Applications area, as we migration our SharePoint-based applications to 2013.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, specialized training, certification, or equivalent work experience.
- Five to eight (5 to 8) years of experience within one or more areas within Global IT.
- Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communications skills in order to effectively communicate technology changes to clients inside and outside of IT.
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodology.
- SharePoint Infrastructure engineering with strong SharePoint 2007 and 2010 knowledge and migration experience.
- The successful candidate must have knowledge of SharePoint 2007 and 2010 infrastructure, SharePoint Search technology, Windows Server 2008 and VMware VSphere.
- Additionally knowledge of SharePoint 2013 infrastructure and core functionality is required.
- Knowledge of SQL 2012, Newsgator and Yammer social technology and EMC Storage is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize competing issues and opportunities.
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and develop solutions needed to resolve them.
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross organizational team environments and lead virtual project or subtask teams.
- Experience in the above-named technologies, with experience in other applications infrastructure technologies, such as BizTalk, .NET, Java environments, and Powershell is a plus.
- Broad understanding of core infrastructure technologies (network, server, storage, security, system management and integration concepts and technologies).
- Eligible for overtime with preapproval from manager.
