Senior Sharepoint Developer

To work on the design, development and delivery of our client's Intranet solution we are looking for a highly experienced:

SENIOR SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER

You will participate in the development of the Sharepoint architecture, and provide guidance and governance for the integration of third party solutions. Responsibilities will include:

- Deliver best in class development solutions in accordance with business needs development standards
- Perform developments leveraging SharePoint 2010 on a large multi-farm environment with 250'000 users
- Participate in business requirements sessions providing technical inputs to leverage out of the box functionalities versus custom development
- Conduct investigations on issues concerning SharePoint applications

Candidates applying for this position must be able to demonstrate:

- Expertise/experience in SharePoint 2010 design/development/administration/Configuration
- Ability to handle complex SharePoint developments autonomously and perform root cause analysis
- Understanding of scalability and maintainability concerns and best practices on a multi-farm environment
- Experience in Internet facing solutions
- Experience in integrating with other technologies (.NET, SAP Portal, SSL VPN)

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR ONE YEAR IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, ON THE SWISS RIVIERA AND CLOSE TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
