SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES OF SERVICE PROVIDER

Relevant experience of implementing ITll v.3 best practice

Good experience in the development and management of IT operations including contractmanagementand managementofexternalserviceproviders(minimum of3 years experience).

Strong track record of building and leading teams In a pressurised environment

Experienced in Implementing business change

Excellent interpe.rsonal and influencing skills combined with good communication skills.
