ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Taskforce Operations/Integration Manager role in Techops Service improvement taskforce
- Contribute to Techops Service improvement taskforce specific goals and objectives.
- Report to CSI and OCP managing team.
- Work within the Techops taskforce, understand its actions and requirements and address relevant topics to CSI and OCP.
- Assist taskforce management in targeting focus areas, decision making and meeting taskforce milestones.
- Oversee improvement initiatives, track actions and drive completion together with the taskforce team and vendors as required.
- Support risk and issue management and drive its resolution.
- Provide recommendations to improve ways of working, as appropriate.
- Support the preparation of presentations for leadership meetings.

INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT:

- Drive and communicate the integrated delivery process across teams, organizations and service-providers
- Identify and manage stakeholders ensuring that all stakeholders are accountable for their tasks
- Create/track and maintain progress status on all key tasks
- Analyze, interpret and recommend actions
- Gather information from Techops sites regarding existing infrastructure and requirements

REQUIRED SKILLSETS

- Fluent in English - oral and written, German desirable
- Several years of experience in Service Management, preferably in a similar role
- Good understanding of infrastructure and applications architecture
- Organizational awareness preferably within pharma industry paired with a good understanding of processes. is a true asset
- Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
- Team work in a challenging IT environment
- Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
