For one of our clients, a major Swiss based company, we are looking for a Senior Service Manager to join our client on some very challenging/interesting project.
Ideally you are comfortable with French as a mother tongue, but also with English/German...Incident & Problem management, ITIL processes ( ideally with ITIL certification), SLA management, IT controlling, reporting, IT processes, and excellent customer facing skills.
