For one of our clients we are looking for a Senior SAS developer with >5 years of experience, who is able to combine analysis, design, build and test activities on a Linux platform.

General knowledge/experience Senior SAS Developer (QR3244)
Understanding of Business Intelligence, Datawarehousing and Finance processes within a Banking environment.

Technical knowledge/experience Senior SAS Developer (QR3244)
1. In depth knowledge of the SAS tooling especially SAS/Base, SAS/SCL
2. SQL
3. Linux
4. HTML.
5. Knowledge of Cognos is an advantage

Description Senior SAS Developer (QR3244)
SAS Software developer in an established dimensional model datawarehouse.
Adding new functionality to the system. The datawarehouse is tailer-made with some degree of metadata configuration.

Tasks Senior SAS Developer (QR3244)
Develop software in an Agile/Scrum (DevOps) team for a management information system.
It is a dimensionally modeled datawarehouse which reads various data sources, transforms, reports and distributes data.
Distributing data is done using cubes or sharepoint (for MA and FA) , datamarts (through Intranet serving office managers and account managers).
Work consists of the following tasks:
Requirements - impact analysis, design, build, unit testing and devising the implementation plan.
