Senior SAP HCM Talent Mgmt/LSO Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently in need of a highly experienced SAP Personnel Administration Consultant to provide application support and enhancements to the current SAP PA Talent Management and SAP Learning Solution (LSO) components. The qualified resources will have a minimum of 8 + years of SAP HCM PA solution deployment/support experience to include the design, configuration, deployment and support of large scale SAP Talent Management solutions through the version ECC 6.0 release. These resources should have an expert level understanding of CORE TALENT MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS INCLUDING CAREER TYPES, APPRAISALS, NOMINATIONS, SETTING QUALIFICATION VALUES, RANKINGS AND TALENT ASSESSMENTS. Additional resources required to focus on design/configuration/support of the SAP Learning Solution and its key areas such as Course Setup and Management, Participation/Approval Criteria, Search & Authorization, Reservations, Participation etc.

Further, the a lead resource is required that should have clear leadership experience providing oversight to a distributed support teams, setting priorities and assigning support tasks as required etc.

Specific experience in the Media and Entertainment Industry strongly preferred in addition to local resources in Northern NJ/NY or those that would relocate if hired.
