MY DUTIES:

- Perform impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system
- Oversee Business Requirement gathering and analysis
- Define project scope; develop functional specifications; prepare Solution Design document(s)
- Understand customers’ objectives, processes, and products in order to make educated recommendations
- Support the Application Subject Matter Experts (SME) in development of estimates / validation of suppliers’ estimates
- Support Application SME’s in creating the Conceptual Design of system, where appropriate
- Support application testing, implementation, and training activities
- Perform quality review checks on project deliverables
- Support users in assessing cost / benefit of changes, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high level plan
- Mentor lower level peers
- Lead large analysis efforts, affecting multiple functional areas

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- In-depth practical SAP FS-CD experience
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of all SAP FS-CD processes
- Strong technical background in ABAP incl. ability to design frameworks, provide suggestions for improvements and debug complex application scenarios
- Knowledge of insurance processes: policy and claims handling, broker interaction, bank interaction, and financial posting for insurance
- Strong communication skills in English and German
