Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce developer (Min 3. Years experience) who wants to work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands to join a worldwide oriented client of us. The project is based (on site) in Amsterdam and is for duration of 1 year with the possibility to extend (even a permanent position is possible if you are open to this opportunity).

In this position you will play a key role as a development expert for Salesforce.com and related applications where you will be implementing an advanced Salesforce solution platform that will support multiple organisations across the company. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce implementations of more than 500 users and with working in a team of at least 3 developers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work directly with our business customers to collect, analyze and refine business, functional, and technical requirements
- Manage all aspects of the Salesforce.com CRM platform including, data, contacts, leads, custom objects, workflows, profiles, roles, etc.
- Develop and maintain Visual Force, APEX, App Exchange apps, Force.com pages, and integration APIs
- Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
- Prepare test plan with data and conduct basic unit and/or module testing
- Provide guidance and support for offshore development efforts
- Manage Quality Assurance and defect resolution efforts.
- Work as a senior member of the development team, provide guidance and support for less senior team members
- Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers and other members of the extended team

YOUR PROFILE

- Bachelor OR Master degree in a relevant study
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience including APEX, SOQL, and VisualForce
- Understanding of complex data integration and migration practices
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous Integration is highly desired
