SENIOR RISK MANAGER-REINSURANCE-ZURICH Our CLIENT My client is an insurance and reinsurance international company that differentiates itself by the diversification of its products, the dedicated team and shareholders and the consistency of its growing results. In order to face the development of the Risk Management team, they are looking for a Senior Risk Manager. The ROLE You will support the CRO and your main responsibilities will be: * Quantitative modeling and model parameterization * Validation, creation and research on capital modeling management * Support to the actuary team and on going collaboration with pricing, reserving and underwriting duties * Support to the local + the Group Risk Management team * Development and improvement of risk KPI's for the business * Exposure and support into the control process and system related * Ad hoc assist the Group Risk Management for regulator and rating agency requests * Ad hoc risk or actuary project, international support (USA, etc.) Your PROFILE * You have a Master degree in Science, Finance, Mathematics or scientific field * You are a hands-on professional with a background in reinsurance or insurance an you have been exposed to risk and capital * You have database knowledge, ideally programming (Remetrica, SQL, VBA) * You can work and collaborate with technical and non-technical staff * You have a strong understanding of the actuarial concept and a relevant experience with quantitative modeling * Your communication skills are very good, you are able to work with/in local and international team, with different departments at different levels of the organization * You speak fluently English and ideally German/French or Italian The OFFER Training, development, opportunities, international mindset and stimulating environment: these are the main areas you will enjoy while working for thisa group.
