Senior Risk Analyst

SENIOR RISK ANALYST/BUSINESS ANALYST WITH BOTH THE EXPERIENCE OF THE CREDIT CARDS BUSINESS AND MIGRATIONS- BANKING - £450/DAY

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a SENIOR RISK ANALYST/Business Analyst with both the experience of the Credit Cards Business and Migrations to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work in a highly respected organisation.

The role will involve:
Delivery of the Basel Regulatory reporting (Pillar 1, Pillar 3, Integrated regulatory reporting) and Resolution of technical queries and issues relating to data and/or process issues.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

- EXPERIENCE OF PROGRAMMING IN SAS AND SQL
- Strong MS Office Abilities
- The ability to utilise data in various formats and show resourcefulness in investigating data sources
- Strong Analytical skills and use of influencing skills when sourcing data from other areas
- Experience of working on Projects within a banking environment
- A GOOD ALL ROUND BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE OF UNSECURED PORTFOLIOS, ESPECIALLY IN ASPECTS OF BAD DEBT MANAGEMENT IN A CREDIT RISK ENVIRONMENT
- FAMILIARITY WITH THE GROUP DATA WAREHOUSES, ESPECIALLY PDW, GRID, DCDA, CDS, LE MANS AND DEBT MANAGER

All of the above accountabilities/deliverables are core to the role therefore the successful candidate must have demonstrated these skills in previous roles to be considered.
