RFIC DESIGNER, CMOS, RF FILTERS, LNA, LO-PATH, BLOCKS, MIXED SIGNAL, CHIPS, RADIO FREQUENCY INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
eCRM Euro are looking for Senior RFIC Designer for one our clients in Belgium for a long term contract (36 Months).
The candidate will design, simulate, layout and test integrated CMOS RF circuits in the 100 MHz to 12 GHz range in advanced technologies 28nm and smaller.
Sub-system design areas will encompass LNAs, RF filters bandpass, mixers, LO path blocks, gm-stages, charge sharing architectures and non-linear PAs for use in low power, highly integrated wireless RF transceivers.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
PhD is preferred or MSEE with equivalent experience
At least 6 years professional experience in RF and RFIC design, in the GHz range, preferably in wireless transceivers, LNA, RF filters bandpass, mixers, LO path, gm stages, charge sharing architectures and non-linear PAs
Recognized expert in their field.
Process oriented, ability to structure the RF design process Continuous strive for improvement in circuits and process.
