At present they are seeking a talented and ambitious reward analyst to join their reward team. The role itself is based in theirCanaryWharfoffice and is paying between £50,000-£60,000 as a basic salary.
The role will involve:
-working within the Group Centre to provide full reward support.
-supporting the salary review and designing compensation packages.
-MI support/data processing during salary review
-liaising with third party providers
-working on a range of ad-hoc reward projects for the group.
The ideal candidate will have:
-strong reward experience
- financial services experience
-excellent analytical skills(Excel/database management)
-exposure to reward projects
