SENIOR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience and knowledge of IHC and ISH protocols and instrumentation
- Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and written and oral communication skills
- Experienced with troubleshooting IHC and ISH issues

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develops assays, in particular immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in-situ hybridization (ISH) detection of markers on tissue sections.
- Be responsible for developing and advancing a new technique for multiplexing IHC and ISH.
- Will serve as a technical expert in IHC and ISH with particular focus on development and advancement of multiplexing markers on tissue sections.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A B.S., M.S., or PhD in Cell Biology, Immunology, Biophysics, or a related field.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with automation instruments
