SENIOR REPORTING MANAGER - ASSET MANAGEMENT

We've had a wonderful opportunity present itself working for one of the UK's largest leading investment specialists in the UK. The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to set up a brand new team which will be responsible for the production of timely and accurate financial accounts and regulatory/statutory reporting. In addition to this you will

- Produce regulatory returns and submit these to the FCA within the prescribed timescales.
- Produce the ICAAP for 2 legal entities, and obtain sign offs regarding the scenarios, assumptions, results, and the overall document.
- Support the CF10a in all CASS related activity.
- Produce the monthly financial accounts for the legal entities and submit these to Group.
- To be subject matter expert on technical accounting matters.
- Produce statutory accounts in accordance with the latest reporting standards and managing the external audit process
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly and financial controls are operating effectively.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This role offers a great chance to understand the business from a unique perspective and will represent a position with high visibility across the wider scope of the company, giving you the opportunity to plan and shape the way reporting is seen within the business. The successful applicant will be Qualified (ACCA, Chartered OR CIMA) and will be a well rounded, technically strong accountant with a good understanding of the Asset Management industry.
