PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Special Project that will have very high visibility. Candidate should have experience in recruitment processes, working with an automated applicant tracking systems preferably Taleo, and be highly skilled in dealing with confidential information and change management.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides system support
- Thorough use of company's applicant tracking system (Taleo)
- Ensures accuracy & confidentiality in hiring processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience
- Proficient with an ATS (Taleo, preferably)
- Experience with collective bargaining agreements as it relates to recruitment and selection
- General knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their interdependencies
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Customer focus oriented
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and ambiguous situations
- Ability to quickly establish relationships with clients
