JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy to support the hiring objective.
- Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs.
- Develop interview & recruiting skills of new hiring managers
- Positions will vary in scope and level across the company, including Regulatory, Medical, Clinical Operations and Human Resources.
- Responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process.
- Emphasis will be placed on direct contact to potential candidates, industry networking, utilizing internal referrals, and the use of advertising to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
- Utilize prior successful experience in filling demanding Biopharmaceutical positions to attract candidates.
- Responsible for managing external search firms when vendor services are needed.
- Develop team's ability to participate in recruitment functions including job fairs, conferences and career events targeting unique applicant populations.
- Using established compensation ranges conduct salary and offer negotiations.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Must possess good influencing skills.
- Plan schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
- Solid and proven experience in executive search and/or agency recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience in building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing.
- Demonstrated skills in working with all levels of company management to manage life cycle recruiting for multiple roles.
- Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices.
- Significant experience with screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
- Proactive approach in terms of identifying, evaluating and influencing Hiring Managers
- Actively using of creative sourcing channels and networking
