MY DUTIES:

- Responsible for the end to end recruiting and hiring process (mainly roles in biotech manufacturing enviroment)
- Managing client relationships 
- Responsible for designing and delivering recruitment strategies, leveraging a suite of “talent channels”

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Recruiting/ sourcing experience ( biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medtech or healthcare industry is of advantage)
- Fluent in German and English
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, techniques, tools and results
- Experience with recruiting tools, e.g. ATS and CRM, branding and social media
