JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions
- Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry
- Conducts reference checks
- May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partnering with hiring managers to fill vacancies
- Screening and assessing candidates
- Processing candidate referrals and hires
- Follow company policies and applicable employment laws

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- 6-10 years' relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in recruitment of salaried and hourly, management, technical, professional and hard-to-fill positions. Call center environment preferred
- Full-cycle recruitment experience
- Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients
- Ability to be in a fast-paced environment with specific hiring targets and dates
- Multi-tasking, consultative skills, strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, strong documentation
