Purpose of the Position: Candidate will be supporting the recruiting efforts of the team and will need to have strong Recruitment background in both a union and non-union environment. They will need to have proven success working on a team and utilizing strong hiring practices. Minimum number of years of experience requires 4 years' experience in recruitment screening and selection of management/exempt, technical/professional, business or finance professionals. Healthcare experience preferred. 

Job Requirements: 
Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment screening and selection of management/exempt, technical/professional, business or finance professionals. Demonstrated counseling ability. Demonstrated consultative skills. Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust with leaders, hiring managers, colleagues and candidates. Broad general knowledge of HR concepts, and processes and their interdependencies. Demonstrated networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing candidates. Experienced forecasting recruitment needs (workforce planning ie position control, core staffing, reconciliation of postings). Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment processes (candidate sourcing, Resume evaluation, candidate assessment and interview, and matching position to best candidate background). Demonstrated knowledge of governmental regulations, court decisions and professional standards and practices related to EEO/AA, legalities and ethics of recruitment, and job analysis. 

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities 
1) Providing  Managers with a highly effective service level with their hiring needs 
2) Focus on utilizing recruitment strategies to find the best match & most qualified candidates 
3) Will be working with reporting process and must be strong in Microsoft Office Word/Excel Int/Adv 
4) Will be play a critical role in delivery, education, and compliance for organization 

Desired skills 
1) Collective Bargaining experience (preferred). 
2) Experience recruiting at national events and conferences (preferred). 
3) Experience recruitment outside of logistical area (preferred). Experience with quality improvement methodology (preferred). PHR/SPHR (preferred) 
4) Demonstrated knowledge of interest based problem-solving skills 
5) Partners with management to develop effective workforce strategies
