GCS have a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist in a £40 million design and build construction project for a major key contractor. The works will involve the design and build of a new build which will include the installation of escalators, lifts, ticketing halls etc.
My client is a leading global contractor at the forefront of the construction and engineering industry.
The successful candidate will have:
- 8 years + experience within M&E works
- Experienced with NEC forms of contract in particular NEC 3 option C.
- Ability to work clearly and accurately tight
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills
It would be advantageous if you have had experience with JCT forms of contract.
